Inard Training & Development

Inard Training & Development like other Inard Holdings subsidiaries prides itself of being creative, innovative, effective and productive. The company was formed in June 2004 to provide relevant and comprehensive training in key performance areas that determine the success of most organizations. ITD has its head office in South Africa and operates in Sub Saharan Africa.

The training style adopted in all our programmes is designed to be highly experiential and to afford delegates the opportunity to desire change and to work towards reaching their full potential. They are encouraged that self leadership has both personal and corporate benefits.

Delegates are coached and mentored to “stay outside the box” and to refuse any boxes from colleagues. The training is not a one day event and does not end with a seminar but is followed up by personal mentoring and coaching allowing delegates to be fully developed.

The pillars of Inard are the advisory board, directors and staff who represent the essence of training and personal development by being models of “work in progress”.

They are real people who are continually improving themselves and experiencing the benefits of having no boxes and burning any they find themselves put in. The team is made up of members who each add value to the organization and are individually responsible for their daily success.

Leadership Development

Each leader needs to learn the importance of Human Resources in the success of organizations. This session provides an overview of how to brand yourself as a professional and how to package your brand to match your profession, your company’s brand and image. The importance of managing your image and character as a brand is emphasized. Grooming and etiquette are also taught as key ingredients to success in the corporate world. Perception is REAL therefore in this presentation the importance of how one dresses and manages their image is explored as a key to success.
