They are real people who are continually improving themselves and experiencing the benefits of having no boxes and burning any they find themselves put in. The team is made up of members who each add value to the organisation and are individually responsible for their daily success.

This is encapsulated in ITDs sign off line “No limits, shifting & changing boundaries”. Integrity - consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations and outcomes. Innovation - challenging the status quo, finding new methods and having the audacity to implement them. Work ethic - a well defined standard of performance that is self evaluated and modeled to our delegates. People - definitely the most valuable asset as our aspirations are compromised as the ITD team if we do not recognise our internal and external networks.
